We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended the official opening on Saturday of All That’s Left of You in Me, a solo exhibition of paintings by Irish artist Louise Cherry. The exhibition also features an essay in response to the work by art critic Cristín Leach. The exhibition was beautifully curated by Mary Doyle Burke.
International artist, AOSDANA member, and RHA member Aideen Barry delivered an inspiring speech about Louise Cherry’s art and the importance of bringing such a concept into dialogue within a public gallery space. A special thank you also to Blaise Smith for recording the speeches.
Congratulations to Louise from us all here at An Chéad Tine, and many thanks to our team who helped bring this exhibition to life. A huge thank you to Marco Di Sante for installing the work, with special mention and appreciation to Liam, Niamh, and Damien.
